HYDRO Systems (Beijing) Co. Ltd., RH Aero’s newest Asian service hub, is already at work, after the opening ceremony just few month prior.

Beijing, China, July 2025 – HYDRO Systems (Beijing) Co. Ltd., RH Aero’s newest Asian service hub, is already at work, after the opening ceremony just one month prior, recertifying and repairing Rolls-Royce T700 engine tooling following the arrival of the first shipment from Beijing Aero Engine Services Ltd. (BAESL). Purpose-built with bonded warehousing, dedicated inspection bays and an optimised material-handling layout, the facility also serves as the primary storage and distribution centre for RH Aero-manufactured equipment and spare parts destined for customers across mainland China.

Building on these capabilities, RH Aero System’ Beijing Station will broaden its remit throughout 2025. By the fourth quarter, the station expects to be servicing more than five thousand individual tooling line items that support BAESL’s Rolls-Royce T700, Trent XWB and Trent 1000 programmes. Preparations are already under way to extend identical services to GE Genx tooling in early 2026. An Engine Stand Refurbishment (ESR) programme is planned to launch before Q2 - 2026, giving operators access to local refurbishment of engine transportation assets without the need for cross border shipments. In parallel, RH Aero is assessing the addition of in-house calibration for Rolls-Royce engine-tool components to remove the time and cost of overseas shipments for its customers.

“The arrival of the first batch of Rolls-Royce engine tools marks the official operation of RH Aeros Beijing Station, indicating that our business in China has been further expanded,” said Mr. Li Zhimin, General Manager of RH Aero Systems China. “We have received manpower support from our Singapore and our Tianjin Station, and all related work is being carried out in an orderly manner. Let us look forward to the smooth and successful growth of the Beijing Station!”
