The SG 224-001 Load Limiter safeguards aircraft during debogging and controlled-towing operations by mechanically disconnecting the tow line the instant a pre-set load is exceeded. Adjustable from 0.3 t to 30 t in 0.1-t steps and reacting in < 100 ms, the device lets recovery crews work quickly while protecting the airframe from secondary damage. A strain-gauge dynamometer, on-board Li-ion power, and a handheld radio panel give operators live load data and instant feedback—anywhere on the ramp.
