Overview
GE’s 360 Foam Wash is the OEM-approved, on-wing and off-wing cleaning system that restores engine health without a teardown—or a external water source. Available as an RH Aero product through our exclusive collaboration with GE Aerospace, the solution combines purpose-built Foam Wash Carts with GE-formulated chemistry to give maintenance teams a fast, self-contained way to keep engines in peak condition. A total of 26 dedicated RH Aero service centres, stand ready with equipment, spares and training
Use Cases
Supported engines
- With a single, GE-approved cart your team can clean every wash-qualified GE commercial engine it encounters—any ramp, any climate, no external water supply required.
- This includes narrow-body, wide-body and regional-jet powerplants that share GE’s standard 360 Foam Wash procedure—so the same wash process can treat anything from daily-flying single-aisle engines to the latest GE9X wide-body variants.
Typical operations
- Scheduled on-wing compressor washes during overnight line checks
- Quick-turn cleanings at out-stations—cart is fully self-contained, no external water hook-up required
- Post-environmental-event recovery (volcanic ash, dust storms, salt spray)
