By combining a world-leading ground-support equipment Portfolio with a OEM-licensed tooling portfolio covering 96% of the engine market while having advanced manufacturing knowledge, we give OEMs, operators, and MROs a single, warranty-safe partner for every phase of an aircrafts lifecycle.
Engine & Airframe Tooling – Over 25 000 GE-, CFM- and Rolls-Royce-licensed tools cover all current single-aisle and wide-body programmes, ensuring warranty-safe line and base maintenance.
Engineered Solutions – 5-axis machining and build-to-print fabrication at our facilities in the US and Germany turn complex designs into reliable hardware for aerospace and defence customers.
Ground-Support Equipment – More than 3 000 tripod jacks, axle jacks, COBRA universal engine-change systems, towbars and main-gear trolleys reduce turnaround times and travel fully serviced from our global centres.
Global Services – Twenty-six service hubs across five continents—provide local expertise in calibration, repair and recertification. And local Service Teams are ready to assist customers on site no matter the challange.

From a small workshop in Biberach, HYDRO evolved into the world’s benchmark for ground-support equipment and airframe & engine tooling. More than 3,000 GSE products and 25,000 licensed tools—including the exclusive Rolls-Royce civil engine suite—carry the HYDRO name today, backed by a third of our staff dedicated to R&D and continuous innovation.

What began in a two-person garage in Mason, Ohio, now spans two specialised campuses: Mason East, our hub for OEM-approved engine-tooling, and Mason West, home to advanced five-axis manufacturing for critical aerospace hardware.
