Skills for your working future.
Learning a profession gives you the skills to turn knowledge into practical work.
Our apprenticeship and dual study programs in Germany combine structured learning with experience at RH Aero. You learn how equipment and tooling are designed, manufactured and supported—and how the business behind them works
Areas of opportunity
Technical apprenticeships
Technical professions include industrial mechanics, metal fabrication, mechatronics and machining.
The focus varies by apprenticeship. You may learn to manufacture components, assemble equipment, work with mechanical and electrical systems or inspect finished parts.
These skills connect directly with products used in aviation operations.
Technical Product Design & IT
Technical product design focuses on the digital models and drawings used to develop and manufacture products.
IT systems integration focuses on the systems that support people in their daily work, including their setup, operation and maintenance.
Both offer a practical route into working with technology.
Commercial apprenticeships
An apprenticeship in industrial business administration introduces you to commercial tasks and the way departments work together.
Purchasing, sales, planning and administration provide different perspectives on how a business turns customer requirements into delivered products and services.
Dual study programs
Dual study combines university learning with recurring practical phases in the business.
Our German program portfolio includes mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and electrical engineering and information technology.
Practical phases give you the opportunity to apply your learning to tasks at RH Aero. The university partner, structure and entry requirements depend on the course.
Learning how your work fits together
Your training takes place locally, within a business serving aviation customers worldwide.
A component you manufacture or a drawing you prepare becomes part of a wider result. Understanding that connection helps you learn your profession and see where your skills can lead.
Early experience of working life
School and voluntary holiday internships at Biberach offer an introduction to areas connected with our apprenticeships and study programs.
The apprenticeships, courses and placements available vary by intake and the needs of the local teams.
Local work with international reach
You might manufacture tooling used overseas, support a nearby customer or work with colleagues in another country.
The international dimension varies by role. What connects our teams is the contribution their work makes to aviation operations beyond their own location.
